Sodium Lauryl Sulfate has good emulsification, foaming, water solubility, biodegradable, alkali resistance, hard water resistance, and stability in aqueous solutions with a wide pH value, easy synthesis, low price, and other characteristics, has been widely used in cosmetics, detergents, textiles, paper making, lubrication, building materials, chemical industry, oil production and other industries. It can also be used in the basic research of the properties of the complex system of positive and negative ionic surfactants, micelle catalysis, molecular ordered assembly, etc.
